How many people can fit in your wedding/event venue?

Our wedding/event venue can fit up to 150 people at a time. We have seating for 100 people at this time so you will need to bring in tables and chairs for 50 people if you want seating for 150.

Do you allow alcohol?

We do not allow an open bar. We do allow beer and wine to be served if you have a certified bartender and proof of event insurance. We have a great vendor that is happy to take care of both of these requirements for you.

We are a wedding and event venue in Screven, GA by Lake Lindsey Grace. We are about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Downtown Savannah, GA.

What is required to rent the venue for my wedding?

You will need to put down a non-refundable deposit of half of the rental to hold your date. This can be done using cash, check, or Zelle payment.

What comes with a rental?

Included with rental:

• Use of building and courtyard
• 12 round tables (seats up to 8 people)
• 5- 6 foot rectangle tables
• 1- 8 foot rectangle table
• 100 chairs
• Bluetooth stereo system with speakers inside and out
• 50" television
• 2- 3 quart drink dispensers 
• White linens for all tables and chairs
• Outdoor benches

What if I need to move my wedding date?

No problem. You will be able to move the date of your wedding one time, to another open date. Additional charges will be applied if moved more than one time.
