Christmas at The Cottage: Trees of Light


Dear Friends, Businesses, and Community Members,

We are excited to invite you to be part of Trees of Light 2026, a special community event happening November 27–28, 2026, from 4:00–9:00 PM at The Cottage Events and Photography in Screven, GA!

This festive event will bring our community together to celebrate the Christmas season while supporting the causes and charities that matter most to the people and businesses participating.

We are looking for individuals, families, businesses, organizations, and groups to donate and decorate a Christmas tree, wreath, or silent auction item. We will display each beautiful tree and wreath during the event and auction them off online that weekend. Best of all, 100% of the proceeds from your donated tree, wreath, or auction item will go to the charity or cause of your choice.

During the event, the public will be invited to:

  • Shop from local vendors for Christmas gifts and goodies
  • See Santa
  • View all of the beautifully decorated trees and wreaths
  • Vote for their favorite tree
  • Bid online on trees and wreaths in the auction

Whether you are a business looking for a unique way to give back, a family wanting to create a special holiday tradition, or an organization hoping to support a cause close to your heart, we would love to have you participate!

Bring your creativity, decorate a tree or wreath, choose the charity or cause you would like to support, and help us fill The Cottage with light, generosity, and Christmas magic.
