The Cottage

The Cottage is located just outside Screven, Georgia. We provide a beautiful setting for weddings, parties, and meetings for up to 150 people. Our venue is equipped with air conditioning, a chapel, a kitchen, a bride’s room, a groom’s room, a women’s bathroom, and a men’s bathroom, with a versatile indoor area. A large quiet outdoor area with specialty lighting and a beautiful fountain is the perfect place for an intimate celebration.

• 2-day Friday through Sunday weekend rental of venue 9 am to 11 pm $2500
• 2-day Monday through Thursday weekday rental of venue 9 am to 11 pm $2000
• 1-day rental of the venue $1500- Friday - Sunday
• 1-day rental of the venue $1000 - Monday-Thursday
• Half-day rental 7 am - 2 pm or 2 pm- 11 pm $500-only available Monday-Thursday (Call for weekend availability)
