We are a wedding and event venue in Screven, GA by Lake Lindsey Grace. We are about 1 hour and 40 minutes from Downtown Savannah, GA.

Do you allow alcohol?

We do not allow an open bar. We do allow beer and wine to be served if you have a certified bartender and proof of event insurance. We have a great vendor that is happy to take care of both of these requirements for you. You may bring your own. Proof of event insurance is required 24 hours before the event.

What comes with a rental?

Included with rental:

• Use of the building and the courtyard
• 12 round tables (seats up to 8 people)
• 11- 6-foot rectangle tables
• 1- 8-foot rectangle table
• 150 chairs- 100 white folding chairs and 50 dark wood folding chairs
• Bluetooth stereo system with speakers inside and out
• 50" television
• 2- 3 quart drink dispensers 
• White linens for all tables and chairs
• Outdoor benches

What is required to rent the venue for my wedding?

You will need to put down a non-refundable retainer fee of half of the rental to hold your date. This can be done using cash, check, or Zelle payment. There is also a cleaning deposit of $500 that can be paid with a check with your last payment. If it is not needed, the check will be returned or ripped up.

What if I need to move my wedding date?

No problem, with a 30-day notice. You will be able to move the date of your wedding one time, to another open date. Additional charges will be applied if move is made more than one time.

What are some other things you don't allow at your venue?

• Sparklers (We are surrounded by woods, making it a fire danger.)
• Candles (Unless they are surrounded by water, such as a fountain or a water-filled container.)
• Smoking
• Individual silk petals in the outdoor area.
